Michael joined the firm in June 2008 and undertook his training contract with the firm prior to his qualification as a Solicitor in February 2012 and whose penchant for the law emanates from watching the film ‘The Devil’s Advocate’ as a youth.
Michael’s ethos of hard work and striving to attain one’s goals was instilled in him at an early age. This resulted in him attaining a Law Degree at Aberystwyth University, followed by the Solicitors’ Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester.
Since embarking upon a legal career with Jennings Perks & Co, Michael has gained extensive experience in various areas of the law, but now specialises in the private client whereby he advises on all matters concerning Wills, Probate, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection.
Possessing outstanding communicative skills and with an extremely personable nature, much of Michael’s work is received through the recommendations of previous clients and personal referrals.
Michael is able to provide estate planning tailored to suit the needs of his various clients. He is also able to provide valuable assistance at times of bereavement in the administration of estates and trusts as well assisting the families of elderly clients who are unfortunately no longer able to manage their own affairs.
Planning for later life is often a delicate issue. Michael is able to provide a methodical yet personal service to ensure that the client feels safe in the knowledge that their affairs are in order.
With his scrupulous and friendly approach, Michael aims to continue to fully satisfy the needs of the firm’s private clients.
Outside of the office, Michael is an avid participant in and follower of football. As well as following the fortunes of a local football team, he also enjoys following cricket and spending time with friends and family. This entry was posted in Our People.
