The breakdown of a family relationship can be extremely stressful.

Our Family Law Department recognise that in such situations clients require an approach which is focused with a view to providing a sensible resolution to their problems and in order to minimise potentially protracted and unpleasant disputes.

At the first meeting our clients are advised on the issues, timescales and costs. We discuss our clients objectives and give balanced advice in an understanding manner in order to provide assistance and assurance at such a difficult time.

We do not believe in delegation. Our two fee earner department is headed by partner Stephen Jennings who has many years of legal experience and commendations from previous satisfied clients. He is both a member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and Law Society's Specialist Law Panel.
